Tony obtained his Engineering Technology Diploma (Construction & Civil Engineering) in 1984 at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT - Edmonton), graduating with Honours after obtaining the necessary field experience. In 1991, he received recognition from the Saskatchewan chapter of SASTT as an Applied Science Technologist (AScT). Following this designation, Tony has gone on to obtain certifications in real estate through BOMI International for his RPA designation (Real Property Administrator) and his CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) through the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). Tony is currently a member of the Alberta chapter of ASET (Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists) and holds a CET designation.
Prior to joining the Harvard team in 1990, Tony spent time in construction management and development. His portfolio of completed projects is more than $100M of office and retail properties, predominantly in Saskatchewan.
Before being appointed Vice President, Operations & Saskatchewan Regional Manager in October of 2000, Tony managed a commercial office portfolio exceeding 1M sq. ft for various local and national clients and has held general management positions with Koyl Commercial Real Estate, Brookfield Properties and TGS Properties.
With his appointment to Vice President, Real Estate Management and Development in 2022, Tony’s primary responsibility is to oversee the management and development activities throughout our managed commercial portfolio, which consists of over 8.5M sq. ft. in Western Canada. In addition, he is also the registered broker for all of Harvard’s business in Alberta. With over 32 years of real estate and five years of construction management experience, Tony focuses on creating value and maximizing asset returns for our clients through our management platform, including maintaining strong business relationships in all communities where we do business.
Outside of work, Tony is passionate about giving back to the community and industry to which he has dedicated 37 years of his professional life. He is heavily involved with various industry organizations, including holding a board appointment for the past 14 years with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA, Edmonton chapter). He is also involved with committee work with the United Way Capital Region.

After 31 years of organizing Harvard’s real estate management activities, Steve has begun his journey towards retirement.
Through March 2023, Steve will transition his corporate leadership accountabilities to Mary Weimer, Chief Operating Officer, and his property management responsibilities to Z. Anthony (Tony) Prsa, Vice President, Real Estate Management and Development.
During and after this transition, Steve will continue supporting the company for the foreseeable future in a senior advisory capacity.
At the time of his retirement announcement, Steve said, “I am honoured to have worked with such an amazing group of people in a family-owned organization, contributing to the legacy of a community-minded commercial and residential developer in Regina and throughout Western Canada.”

Terri began her real estate career in 1997, maintaining her registration with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) since 2000. After excelling in residential sales, she switched focus to property management, holding administration and management positions with NewWest Enterprise Property Group and RedCliff Realty Management prior to joining Harvard in 2012.
Terri is responsible for the overall delivery of the property management mandate across Saskatchewan which encompasses a large mixed portfolio of office and retail developments in both large and small urban centres. In addition, Terri leads a diverse team of real estate professionals responsible for the overall maintenance of the asset. A passion for providing exceptional leadership to this team has led Terri to complete The Effective Executive Leadership and Dare to Lead programs.
Terri adheres to a strong customer service philosophy and solid values that allows her to give customers and clients assistance that provides peace of mind for those that own and occupy real estate.
Terri holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and holds a Certified Shopping Centre Manager (CSM) designation. In addition, Terri acts as the Broker for Harvard Developments Corp.

As Senior Director, Development, Chris is responsible for the successful execution of leasing projects throughout the managed portfolio, capital improvement, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the property management teams, and handling small to medium development, redevelopment and construction projects.
In addition, his role involves direct engagement with corporate finance, leasing, property management, capital projects, and PropTech/Sustainability personnel.
Previously, Chris served as Director of Technical Services for over 20 years, where he acted as the primary architect for Harvard’s building operations and maintenance program.
Despite his new position, Chris continues to hold his lead role in setting corporate standards of excellence in governance, best practices, digital automation, environmental sustainability, and property technology for development, capital improvement, construction, and project management services within Harvard’s real estate portfolio.
Chris began his career with Harvard in 1996 after receiving his Building Systems Technology (BST) certification from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST), where he also serves as the chairperson for the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) specific to the BST program. In addition, he is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and holds a Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Christine has a multi-faceted role with Harvard throughout Western Canada. As Controller, she is a member of the General Management team responsible for governing overall enterprise performance. As well, she oversees property management’s accounting & administration functions; she coordinates Harvard’s information technology in collaboration with its parent company; and she leads the head office support team, a group responsible for providing the portfolio managers and their teams with the knowledge, training and support they require to continuously deliver service excellence in financial and administrative management.
Over a career span of 17 years in the real estate industry; as an accountant, a property management administrator, a senior corporate administrator and now as controller; Christine has extensive experience in handling every aspect of real estate administration and accounting associated with office, retail, industrial and residential property.
Prior to joining Harvard in 1998, Christine worked as an accountant with a residential property management company in Regina, SK. She holds an Accounting Diploma from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Technology (SIAST), as well as a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Regina.

Tim serves as the primary architect of Harvard’s building operations and maintenance program. He is a member of the General Management team responsible for overall enterprise performance.
Tim is responsible for the Technical Services Division of Harvard, a group that provides operational and customer service support to all portfolio managers and their teams. With a focus on superior response and delivering an exceptional customer experience, Tim offers expertise in occupational health & safety, maintenance planning, building condition assessment, construction management, major equipment repair & replacement, tenant improvements, environmental stewardship, and energy management.
His team also operates and administers Harvard Service, Harvard’s 24/7 maintenance and customer service response program for tenancies throughout Western Canada.
Tim began his career with Harvard in 2017 with 25 years of experience in all phases of property management, retail, commercial, student housing, and residential. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Tim obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and earned his EPA Certification in HVAC with Trident Technical College in 1995. In addition, Tim has been actively supporting the United Way for the past 25 years.

Victoria oversees nearly 1.3 million square feet of Class A commercial properties in downtown Regina, including city landmarks Hill Centre Towers I & II, and the recently constructed Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III and Agriculture Place. She is responsible for leading the team and overseeing customer relations, operations & management, project management, budgeting & administration, and financial management & reporting.
As a member of the development team for Mosaic Tower, Victoria provided property management expertise while creating the management and operating plan for the building and its various amenities including a fitness centre, public art gallery, conference centre and roof top patio.
Prior to joining Harvard, Victoria’s experience was in the electrical/construction industry, from project management to estimating, before commencing a career in facility management with a major financial institution and the federal government.
Victoria is licensed with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and the Association of Saskatchewan Realtors (ASR), holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and has a BOMI-HP™ designation in High-Performance Sustainable Buildings. She has served on the board of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Regina chapter for many years, including two terms as Board Chair, and was a member of the Regina steering committee while hosting BOMA Canada’s National Conference and Trade Show. Victoria currently serves on the board of BOMA Canada and is a member of the National Building Awards committee.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Jim Moore joined Harvard at the beginning of 2017. As Senior Property Manager, Jim is responsible for leading the team overseeing landlord's responsibilities and the management of 201 Portage along with the new Seasons development in Winnipeg. Jim oversees customer relations, operations and maintenance, project management, budgeting and administration, financial management and reporting.
With over 23 years as a property management professional, Jim has worked his entire career in Winnipeg looking after facilities, commercial real estate and leasing with various organizations including Royal Canadian Properties, Manitoba Public Insurance, Bentall Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis and Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls.
Jim holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) as well as a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College.

Krista joined Harvard Property Management Inc. in 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Communications in the advertising, financial services and retail industries. She is a licensed Property Manager with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and is passionate about customer service and finding innovative ways to solve problems.
Krista manages seven Shopping Centres in the retail portfolio across Saskatchewan; overseeing customer relations, operations and maintenance, administration, property budgets, financial performance and reporting.
Krista is a graduate of the University of Regina where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), has won national and international marketing awards and holds a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation.

Wanda brings over 25 years of experience in property management to Harvard, with her background primarily focused in managing a combination of enclosed regional shopping centres, small strip centres and community centres. Her expertise has contributed to the success of projects such as Saskatoon's Market Mall expansion, Kingsway Garden Mall, Southgate Centre and Millwoods Town Centre. As Regional Marketing Director for BLJC, she oversaw 48 shopping centres in Western Canada. While at Southgate Shopping Centre, Wanda was awarded the MAXI Award for the "Walk on the Wild Side" Promotion and Sales Event. Prior to joining Harvard, she was employed at Edmonton International Airport (EIA) contributing to the expansion of the Concessions Program. Wanda also spent 10 years working for not-for-profit agencies including the Calgary Winter Olympic Games, 1989 Jeux Canada Summer Games, the Canadian Cancer Society and the MS Society.
The portfolio that Wanda currently manages in Edmonton is over 1.2 million square feet of developed retail and office property with over 115 commercial tenancies. She also works in partnership with Harvard's development team on the expansion of this portfolio in Edmonton.
Wanda obtained her Real Estate License in Property Management with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) in November 2017 and is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC). In 2021, Wanda was recognized as 'Property Manager of the Year' by BOMA Edmonton.

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Oren Lamon has successfully built strong relationships in the Calgary real estate market over the past decade. He is responsible for overseeing Landlord responsibilities, tenant relationships, capital improvement projects, operations and maintenance, budgeting and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Harvard Property Management in January, 2018, Oren spent 9 years with an Alberta based development firm where he gained his experience in property management, construction and commercial development. Previous to his work in the commercial real estate field, he worked in marketing and finance after obtaining his BA in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Born and raised in P.E.I., Emily moved to Manitoba in 2014 and is now proud to call Winnipeg home. Emily joined the Harvard Developments team in 2019 and has over five years of experience in property management. Serving as property manager for SEASONS; Emily oversees customer relations, operations and maintenance, administration, property budgets, financial performance, and reporting. On top of this, she also assists in the property management and marketing duties at 201 Portage in Winnipeg.
Emily’s passion, drive, and communication skills have allowed her to succeed in the industry, building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, property owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers alike.
Graduating from the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours), Emily was presented the Dean’s award in Leadership for her role as President of the Psychology Sciences and Arts Society.

Before joining the Harvard Developments team over a decade ago, Angie worked in the hospitality and retail industries while completing her university education. She offers Harvard fourteen years of Property Management experience and is continuing to learn new industry trends as they become relevant to her position.
At Harvard, Angie is responsible for providing quarterly management reports to clients, collecting and analyzing tenant accounts to ensure accounts receivable are kept up to date, compiling year-end reconciliations for all her properties, and assembling the yearly budget to meet client’s expectations. She also oversees the accounts payable and the administrative assistant functions for the Calgary office.
Angie is a committed individual with strong problem-solving skills that support the Calgary property management team in achieving overall client goals and objectives. Angie completed her General Business Diploma at Mount Royal University in 2008 and obtained her Associate License with RECA in 2016.

Originally from Calgary, Ainsley moved to Saskatchewan in 2011 to attend the University of Regina before joining the Harvard Developments team in 2022.
Serving as Associate Property Manager for our downtown Regina office portfolio, Ainsley is responsible for creating an overall exceptional tenant experience, ensuring our downtown business partners maximize the potential of their workplace and common areas, all while coordinating with tenants to fulfill financial and administrative objectives.
Her knowledge of the industry, communication skills, and willingness to learn has allowed her to excel and provide the highest quality of service that aligns with the core values and visions of Harvard.
Ainsley’s past experience includes working with a facility management company in the realm of health, safety, and environment, as well as providing project coordination work for a local consulting company.
