Headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, with offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg, the organization has developed a diverse portfolio of major office, retail and residential projects totalling more than 10 million square feet.

It's been 120 years since our founder Walter Hill came to Saskatchewan with a vision of putting the prairies on the map as a centre for economic & personal growth. From the development of Regina's first skyscraper in 1914, to our current mixed-use projects across the prairies, times and process may change but our vision and passion are the constant that drives our success.
Our tradition & history has shaped us into the innovative, dedicated team that is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Where we're going is inspired by knowing where we've came from. We celebrate our roots as we continue to move forward.
