Customer Satisfaction Surveys are conducted regularly and results are evaluated and responded to by the management team.  This valuable feedback assists Harvard in adapting our management programs and business practices to suit customer’s needs, ultimately providing an exceptional customer service experience. 

In 2013, Harvard  achieved the designation of “Service Best Business” from the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council. This designation was provided upon the completion of the Service Best Customer service program by 100% of Harvard staff and management, and has since been incorporated into orientation for all new staff upon joining the company.
