In 2013, Harvard achieved the designation of “Service Best Business” from the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council. This designation was provided upon the completion of the Service Best Customer service program by 100% of Harvard staff and management, and has since been incorporated into orientation for all new staff upon joining the company.
