Park Centre

Park Centre is a three-storey, 53,330 square foot high-end Class "B" office building, located on the south corner of the intersection of Wascana Parkway and Hillsdale Street. It is just minutes from downtown Regina and is flanked on the North and West by Regina's beautiful Wascana Park. The atrium and terrace design provide a peaceful atmosphere in a park-like setting.

Throughout 2020-2021, Park Centre underwent extensive renovations, which include new exterior cladding, windows, upgraded LED lights throughout, and new blinds. The building lobby and elevator cab were refreshed and modernized, the bathrooms and shower room have been fully renovated, and a fitness centre was added. The underground parkade received major upgrades as well, including a new ramp, epoxy coating, paint, and LED lighting. At grade parking received upgraded parking pedestals and LED lights, and the property has also been re-landscaped.
