Designed and developed as a vision statement for Regina and the growth of Saskatchewan, Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III went through a thoughtful and rigorous process to create its architecturally stunning design while also respecting symmetry with its neighbors, the iconic Hill Centre Towers I and II. 

Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III features many amenities new to the Regina office market including a 1,400 square foot conference centre and a breathtaking 3,000 sq.ft. rooftop patio that offers building occupants exclusive, seasonal access to a sweeping view from the height of the Regina skyline. Building occupants also have access to a state of the art fitness centre with locker and shower facilities.  A public atrium space in the tower's main lobby hosts a rotating art exhibition, which features the work of local artists.
