FCC Tower

FCC Tower is a 187,000 square foot building that serves as the corporate head office of Canadian agriculture finance leader Farm Credit Canada. The 14 storey building provides office, main floor retail and below-grade parking.

Completed in 1992, the building’s core configuration produced the City of Regina’s most efficient gross to useable ratio while retaining Class ‘A’ services. With this high level of efficiency, the building was able to win two separate office tender calls and was 100% leased at completion.
