On September 21, representatives from Harvard Developments, the City of Regina, and the Regina Downtown Business Improvement District came together to celebrate the opening of The Courts @ The Skuare, a new gathering space at the corner of Cornwall Street and 12th Avenue – right next to Hill Centre Tower I in downtown Regina.

The event featured remarks from Mayor Chad Bachynski, RDBID, and Harvard’s very own Kenric Exner, who spoke about the importance of continued investment and collaboration in bringing new energy to downtown.

As the first phase of the much-anticipated The Skuare project, The Courts is another step toward bringing more events, energy, and foot traffic into downtown Regina while creating a place the community can enjoy and help shape.

A big thank you to the Regina Downtown Business Improvement District, Prairies Economic Development Canada, the City of Regina, and everyone at Harvard who helped bring this project to life. We're excited to see the community make The Courts their own and look forward to seeing how the site continues to evolve!
