Lakeshore Redevelopment Approved by Regina City Council

Lakeshore Redevelopment Approved by Regina City Council

Harvard Developments’ plans for the redevelopment of the Lakeshore site achieved a major milestone nearing the end of 2014, with the projects zoning application receiving unanimous approval from City Council.  The approval will rezone the site to allow a mixed-use development which will be comprised of two nine storey residential condo towers, and 45,000 square feet of retail between three PAD sites which is planned to house a grocery anchor and restaurant. The condo towers will have up to 80 units of residential between the two buildings with underground heated parking and will also have main and second floor retail/office.  The redevelopment will take place in phases in order to accommodate the existing tenants on site today.
