Since 1903, the foundation of Harvard’s culture has been the success of its employees and creating a rewarding workplace that inspires them to pursue passions and give back to the community. In this spirit, Harvard Developments and Harvard Property Management are proud to have been recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers by Mediacorp Canada for the third consecutive year.  

This honour is one of the ways Harvard showcases its dedication to our employees as the annual competition recognizes Saskatchewan companies that lead their industries by offering exceptional places to work. The regional competition, celebrating its 15th year as part of the ‘Canada’s Top 100 Employers’ competition, highlighted Harvard for the following reasons: 

• Fostering a culture that embraces employee health & wellness by offering subsidized access to a fully equipped onsite fitness facility, as well a health and wellness spending account to help cover the costs of related expenses. 

• Offering programs and on-going education that helps employees save for life after work through a defined contribution pension plan. 

• Offering an IVF subsidy if needed (to $12,000) and provides maternity leave top-up payments for its new moms (to 100 per cent of salary for up to 17 weeks). 

The continued recognition of Harvard at the provincial level, as well as the national and international levels, showcases not only Harvard’s professional growth but the growth of our culture and of our employees.
