January 16th - Harvard Developments Corporation (Harvard) is pleased to announce the launch of HIVE by Harvard, its new tenant experience app designed to provide a comprehensive resource across Harvard’s portfolio of office and retail properties. 

The new app was officially introduced today at 201 Portage in Winnipeg, MB and will be gradually rolled out to Harvard’s entire portfolio over the coming 12 months.  

At work or on the go, HIVE provides tenants with instant access to core building information, news, events, contests, and exclusive perks tailored to their Harvard property. The platform also allows users to submit service requests and book amenities right from their iOS, Android or desktop device.

The platform was created in collaboration with VTS Activate - a new solution that empowers commercial real estate (CRE) owners and operators to deliver a fully integrated office experience. VTS Activate enables tenants to seamlessly manage their daily needs and activities within a building through a centralized app.
