Paul J. Hill, Chairman, President and CEO of The Hill Companies, is pleased to announce Rosanne Hill Blaisdell as the new Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Harvard Developments Inc, a Hill Company.

Rosanne has been with the company for over 20 years and has been a significant contributor to the growth of Harvard’s office and leasing portfolio. She has also spearheaded several major development and acquisition initiatives. In her new role, she will continue her leadership of Harvard's real estate operations, providing strategic direction in collaboration with the Senior Management team. In addition, she will assume oversight of the corporate head office functions in Regina, SK. Rosanne is looking forward to her expanded role in the day to day operations of the business and in the community.

In addition, Paul and the entire Harvard leadership team would like to congratulate Mo Bundon who has transitioned to Vice Chairman and Advisor to The Hill Companies. Mo has been an extremely valuable contributor to all aspects of The Hill Companies’ business for more than 35 years. His leadership, management experience and ability to inspire positive change will continue to be a valued asset.
