In response to the recent decision to close Lakeshore Sobeys, Harvard has formally announced that the planning process for the redevelopment of Lakeshore Mall (Regina, SK) is well underway. At present, the proposed development consists of a mixed-use residential/retail project comprised of two buildings that will be six and eight storeys in size. The redevelopment will also include accommodating the medical offices, pharmacy and restaurant that are currently onsite.
