We are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Burrell as Senior Director, Development.

In this role, Chris will be responsible for the successful execution of capital improvement projects throughout the managed portfolio, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the property management team, as well as small to medium development and construction projects within Saskatchewan. In addition, Chris’s role will involve direct engagement with corporate finance, leasing, property management, capital projects, and proptech personnel. 

Although leaving Technical Services, Chris will retain his lead role in setting corporate standards of excellence in governance, digital automation, environmental sustainability, and property technology for development, capital improvement, and project management services within Harvard’s real estate portfolio.
