We're proud to announce that 201 Portage in Winnipeg has been recognized with a BOMA Award of Excellence in the Innovation category at this year's Pinnacle Awards.

The award recognizes exceptional innovation in commercial real estate and highlights the success of the HIVE tenant app, an initiative designed to enhance the tenant experience at 201 Portage. Bringing HIVE to life was a true team effort, with Office Marketing Coordinator Sharon Mak playing a pivotal role throughout the process. From supporting the app's launch to maintaining its content and ensuring it continues to meet the needs of tenants, the team's dedication and attention to detail were instrumental to its success.

This achievement reflects the hard work, creativity and commitment of the entire team. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the development of HIVE, and to the 201 Portage team on this well-deserved recognition.
