We are thrilled to announce that 201 Portage has recently achieved a Gold level BOMA BEST certification!

BOMA BEST is Canada’s largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings. They recognize excellence in energy and environmental management and performance in commercial real estate.

201 Portage takes pride in providing fresh air, natural light, clean water, and a healthy natural indoor environment to all our tenants and visitors.

In addition to the Gold level BOMA BEST certification, 201 Portage has also been awarded the Earth Award and received the honour of being titled “Office Building of the Year” by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

201 Portage is also a proud participant of “Manitoba Race to Reduce”, a new energy reduction challenge that involves collaboration between commercial building property owners and tenants to encourage smart energy use. The primary goal of this challenge is to reduce participants’ energy consumption by 10% over four years.

201 Portage will remain certified through 2026 when they will once again be assessed by BOMA.
