Park Centre

Overview

Park Centre is a three-storey, 53,330 square foot high-end Class "B" office building situated in a prime south suburban location, just minutes from downtown Regina. The atrium and terrace design provides a peaceful atmosphere in a park-like setting. There is one level of underground parking, surface parking, and an area for customer parking. The site is located on the south corner of the intersection of Wascana Parkway and Hillsdale Street. It is just minutes from downtown, very close to the Conexus Arts Centre and the University of Regina, and is flanked on the North and West by Regina's beautiful Wascana Park. Both Wascana Parkway and Hillsdale Street are major 4-lane arterials feeding south Regina from downtown. Wascana Parkway connects to the Ring Road and Trans-Canada Highway to the south, thereby providing quick and easy access to the Site from any part of the City.

Park Centre has undergone extensive renovations which include: new exterior cladding, windows, upgraded LED lights throughout, new blinds. The building lobby and elevator cab underwent a refresh and modernization. Bathrooms and shower room in the building have been fully renovated. The underground parkade received major upgrades: new ramp, epoxy coating, paint, and LED lighting. At grade parking has upgraded parking pedestals and LED lights.  The property has also been re-landscaped.
